1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the TopMin online store operated by TOPMIN MINERAL TRADING - FZCO, DSO Techno Hub 2, Office 103, Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "TopMin"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All mineral specimens offered are natural, one-of-a-kind pieces. Product photographs may be lightly edited to accurately represent the specimen's appearance; for the most faithful impression, please refer to the accompanying video. If you would like to see a piece under different lighting or from additional angles, use the "Inquire" button on the product page to get in touch — we're happy to provide further images or a personal video. Each item is described to the best of our knowledge.

3. Reservation & Holds

When a specimen is added to your cart, it is automatically reserved for you for 1 hour. During this period, the item is held exclusively and cannot be purchased by another buyer. If the purchase is not completed within 1 hour, the reservation expires and the specimen becomes available again.

For purchases via bank transfer, we will hold the specimen in the shop until the bank transfer has been received. Please contact us to arrange bank transfer payment.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Import duties and local fees, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility. Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. For transactions of USD 15,000 or more, payment must be settled by bank transfer due to credit card default risk. Full payment is required before shipment.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Dubai, UAE with Emirates Post. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the specimen. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit — if anything happens to your specimen on the way, you are covered. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving a specimen, without giving any reason. The specimen must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Before sending anything, please email us at info@topminerals.com so we can confirm the return. Returns go to: TOPMIN MINERAL TRADING - FZCO, DSO Techno Hub 2, Office 103, Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

If a specimen arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. All shipments are fully insured, and we will assess each case individually and offer a fair resolution, which may include a full refund, partial refund, or replacement where possible.

7. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. In the event of a shipping incident, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery, in the case of loss) so we can initiate the insurance claim on your behalf.

8. Liability

TopMin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the TopMin website, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of TOPMIN MINERAL TRADING - FZCO and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information collected during the ordering process is used for order fulfillment, customer service and, where you have consented, marketing communications. We share personal data with service providers as necessary for order processing, payment and delivery, and, only with your consent, with analytics and advertising partners as described below.

Analytics and advertising: our website uses Google tags that follow your cookie choices. Google Analytics measurement follows your Analytics choice, and Google Ads measurement follows your Marketing choice. Meta receives advertising events from our website only after you explicitly accept Marketing cookies. These events can include the pages you view, products you view or add to your cart, searches you submit, the handoff to checkout, ad click identifiers (such as fbclid and gclid) and campaign (UTM) parameters, together with browser and device data. Purposes: measuring ad performance and optimising our ads, including product catalogue matching.

Checkout: your current cookie choice is passed to our Shopify checkout in the checkout link. Shopify's Meta integration reports checkout activity and purchases to Meta according to that choice. When this integration is configured for Maximum data sharing, it also uses customer matching details you provide at checkout (name, email address, phone number and location) to match purchases with ads.

We store your cookie choice, its date and the categories selected in your browser. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer; withdrawal takes effect immediately for future events.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
