TopMin is a specialist dealer in fine mineral specimens, based in Dubai and shipping worldwide. Every piece in the catalogue is a single specimen. No stock photos, no quantities, no restocks. When a piece sells it stays on the site, marked sold.
The collection was built by two collectors. Stefan Plueth has collected since 1970 and spent decades field collecting in Asturias, northern Spain, which is why the catalogue runs deeper there than most. Julius Eschkoetter came to minerals in 2021 after watching aquamarine come out of the ground in Pakistan, and now sources at Tucson, Denver, Munich and Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines.
What that means if you are buying: the minerals for sale here have been handled and assessed by people who collect themselves. We photograph each specimen from several angles in our own studio, measure it, weigh it, and describe the locality as precisely as the piece allows. Damage gets mentioned, and if a piece has been repaired or stabilised the listing says so.
Prices run from under $1,000 for a first serious specimen to five figures for museum-grade cabinet pieces. Shipping is insured and tracked door to door, free over $1,000. Want more images or different lighting before you commit? Ask.
